"My name is Anaya and I reverted to Islam a year ago and I started wearing my Hijab on 1st February and never go out not wearing it. I work as a taxi driver and people are always curious to why I wear it. Most people are really respectful but I have had some distasteful comments but I just smile and forget. There is not a day goes by when I sometimes I feel very anxious before going out as I know people stare and laugh at me as I am English and wearing Hijab. I shall wear it forever In'shallah."
